  Application Process

To apply for the 1st India Circular Economy Awards which will be organized in the year 2019 you must first create an account with us. This will enable you to manage your application process. Once you’ve registered, you will have your account with us where you can save a draft of your entry as many times as you wish, come back to it later, and then submit only when you’re absolutely sure it’s ready.


The last date for submission is 15th Feb 2019.

Application Guidelines
  • Application can be filled online and in English language only
  • Declaration section of the application form needs to be downloaded, filled, stamped and signed by authorized signatory. Same needs to be uploaded online prior to filling up the form and is mandatory
  • All sections are mandatory and must be answered. Incomplete forms will not be considered
  • The Jury has the right to reclassify application forms from one category to another or reject an application form, at its discretion. This is not contestable in any manner
  • Participant can send multiple application forms for same category or separate categories provided it is for a different initiative / innovation. If multiple entry forms are received for same initiative then only one form will be considered and others will be disqualified

NOTE
  • Applicant company should be registered as a legal entity in India, under Section 2(20) of the Indian Companies Act 2013.
  • Applicant non-profit organization needs to be registered as a Society or a Trust or as a Section 8 Company, under the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Revenue classification as per new definition of MSMEs by Government of India


 Evaluation Process

Short-listing of finalists for each award category from applications received

  • Application forms received would be collated under each award category for evaluation by Awards Management.
  • Determination of the award category to which an application belongs is at the discretion of the jury.
  • Awards Management reserves the right to make the final judgment in case of any ambiguity in rules and regulations / disputes over suitability.
  • The interim jury will select finalists for each category based on pre-defined evaluation parameters who will qualify for the final round.
  • Short-listed applicants will be contacted by the Awards Management to be informed about their shortlisting. Post shortlisting, the shortlisted applicants will be provided with the date, venue and presentation format in which they would be required to present their application and case study to the final jury.
  • The decision of the above short-listing is binding and final on all participants


Selection of the Winners

  • The final jury will score / rank / vote for the finalists on predefined evaluation parameters, based on the application form / presentation submitted to them and a presentation made by the finalists in person.
  • Only senior level management leading the initiatives of short-listed applicants would be required to make the presentation in front of final jury comprising eminent persons from environment and related fields, for determination of winners. The cost of travel incurred would be borne by the participant.
  • There could be one or more winners in each award category, at the discretion of the jury.
  • The determination of who should receive an award for any award category rests with the jury.
  • The Jury’s decision is final and binding on all applicants.

NOTE

  • For all the payments made via NEFT/RTGS/IFSC or through cheque/DD, the participant is required to mail the payment invoice/scanned cheque along with the Project title and Category to ces@ficci.com
  • The payment needs to be processed on or before 15th Feb 2019
  • Applications without payment will be disqualified
  • The fees is inclusive of GST


Discount

  • Overall 25% discount would be extended on the total application fee for more than two applications from the same organization
  • One complimentary registration for participation in Circular Economy Symposium 2019
